Sometimes a disability can feel like a barrier blocking the path to dreams. At Looking Upwards, we listen to dreams and support people to move towards what they want out of life. Looking Upwards is a private, nonprofit agency offering services to adults with developmental disabilities and children with diverse needs. From birth through adulthood, our services are tailored to each individual’s needs. We promote growth and independence and assist with developing satisfaction in all areas of life, such as:
